CIY kits once purchased cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless in the following circumstances:
Missing Products:
- However, in case of missing items, we will ensure the missing product(s) are delivered to the customer within 24 hours of intimation.
- In case of missing products, customers are requested to intimate us either through an email at customercare@chefling.in within 5 hours of receiving the product. To complete your return, we require a photograph documenting the condition of items received.
- Chefling is liable to deliver the missing product(s) within 24 hours of the first intimation. In the rare circumstance that this timeline is not met, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund or credit as deemed fit.
Wrong Product / Unfit to use:
- In the rare case that you received a food product that has gone bad or is not in a condition to be consumed/ used, customers are requested to contact us at customercare@chefling.in within 2 hours of receiving the package with details about the package condition and other specifics.
- As a company, we prioritize your health over anything else and have a zero tolerance policy towards food gone bad. We will arrange a pickup so we can inspect the product and offer you either a 100% refund or a replacement as per your choice.
- To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@chefling.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll intimate you with an email confirmation and a callback from our customer success team.
Damages and issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
