Availability
While we try to maintain accurate inventory on our platform, there may be situations when the product ordered or a sub component is not in stock due to which we are unable to fulfill your order in the stipulated time. In instances like these, we will give you an intimation of the same and check whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination of the items in the order. Final cost at the time of checkout is inclusive of shipping.

Delivery Terms and Conditions
- We are currently servicing orders with a lead time of 48-72 hours.
- We are open during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time our offices will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure delivery delays are kept to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address and Timings
Requests for change of delivery address / timing will be taken on a case to case basis and will only be entertained before order dispatch. Please note, in cases where the km difference is significant additional shipping fee may be levied.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Since we use third party delivery partners some of these delays might be beyond our control although we try to minimize these delays as much as possible.
Damaged Goods
If you find a parcel is damaged / Spoilt in-transit, please get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been left unattended and you are unsure of its sanitation or delivery condition, please get in touch with us immediately for next steps.
