Additional Ingredients You Will Need :
Garlic, Onion finely chopped, Green bell pepper finely chopped,
carrot finely chopped, 500ml Milk.
For Toppings: Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, Cheese slices and
fresh basil leaves.
Instructions:
*Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
*The Lasagne sheet doesn't need any boiling, they are ready to Bake.
To Make the Mushroom Alfredo White Sauce:
*Boil the mushrooms for 5 minutes and thinly slice them.
*To make Alfredo cheese white sauce with the premix, heat olive oil
in saucepan and saute mushrooms for few seconds, add sun dried
tomatoes , mixed herbs seasoning saute for 2 minutes, now add 500ml
of milk or water Along with Alfredo cheese mix, whisk them together
over low heat, stirring consistently until the sauce thickens to desired
creamy consistency.
Add salt as per taste.
To Make the Arrabbiata Saucy veggies:
*Heat olive oil into a pan , saute garlic, onion, green bell pepper,
carrot along with mixed herb seasoning , let it cook for 5 minutes, once
done add entire pack of arrabiata sauce and stir well .
Add salt as per taste.
To Assemble the Lasagne Island:
*In a baking dish, spread olive oil using brush .
Pour entire prepared mushroom Alfredo cheese sauce .
*Now in the centre put lasagna sheet , layer with arrabiata saucy veggies
and mozzarella cheese in between each layer.
*Brush the last lasagna sheet with milk and pour some milk over it to
ensure the sheet won't get dry while baking.
At last put cheese slices, another layer of mozzarella, olives, jalapenos
drizzle some more olive oil and bake at 180° C for 15 to 20 minutes until
the lasagne is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
Baking on a skillet:
*This can be done using a large, lidded skillet or a heavy-bottomed pan.
*Start by layering your prepared lasagne ingredients just like you would
in an oven-safe dish, just add a little more milk to make sure all the things
don't burn or stick to the bottom, Cover the skillet with a lid and cook on
low heat for about 20-30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and the
cheese is melted and bubbly.
*Keep the lid on for most of the cooking time to create a steaming effect,
mimicking the baking process.
*Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve your delicious lasagna
