Additional Ingredients:
Assorted vegetables (red, yellow and green bell peppers, onion. 200g Indian Cottage Cheese (Paneer) , Tofu or replace Chicken, Lamb, Seafood or any meat of your choice.
Thick curd or 1/2 cup Hung Curd for the marinades.
For Garnish: Fresh coriander leaves.

Process:
1) For First Marinade-
In a bowl mix together 2 tbsp Hung curd, 2 tbsp Zesty Charcoal Marinade Mix, 1 tsp hot wings sauce, 1 tsp Seasoning sauce mix homegenously, add some diced paneer , green bell pepper and onion, toss well and Thread the marinated mix onto skewers.
2) For Second Marinade-
In a bowl mix together 2 tbsp Hung curd, 2 tbsp Barbeque smoke marinade, 1 tsp Korean barbecue sauce & mix homegenously, add some diced paneer , red bell pepper and onion, toss well and Thread the marinated mix onto skewers.
3) For Third Marinade-
In a bowl mix together 1 tbsp Jerk Barbecue Sauce, 1 tsp American Barbeque Sauce, 1 tsp Teriyaki Sauce & mix homegenously, add some diced paneer , Yellow bell pepper and onion, toss well and Thread the marinated mix onto skewers.

4)Assemble the Barbecue grill according to the instructions mentioned.
5) Grill until Veggies and Paneer/Tofu have a perfect smoky char drizzle some Pomegranate Molasses and garnish with lots of fresh coriander
